I reached out to customer service about what should’ve been a simple issue, but the replies were so slow?! I kept having to check back for updates, it didn’t really feel like anyone was actively helping. What should’ve been handled quickly ended up dragging on way longer than it needed to.

I ordered from gladgirl.com because the description made it sound like it was exactly what I needed, but when it arrived, it really didn’t match what I expected.

The size and overall quality felt different from what was listed, and the photos definitely made it look nicer than it actually was. I even went back to check my order because I thought, did I click the wrong thing??

I was hoping there’d be more options, honestly. The selection felt limited. A lot of what I was looking for just wasn’t there, and some of it seemed like the same few items over and over. For a site like this, I expected more variety. Ended up leaving without buying anything.

I got my package and a couple of the items weren’t what I ordered. I checked my receipt to make sure I didn’t mess something up, but everything was correct on my end, so that part was weird. It was frustrating because I needed them for a client. i’m not sure I’d order from here again

I ordered from gladgirl.com because I needed a few lash supplies, and the site was easy to get through. Shipping was fine, not especially quick but not awful either, so that part was okay.
The products ended up feeling average to me, and one item really wasn’t as nice as I expected for the price. I also reached out with a note/question and it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, which was frustrating. Nothing was a complete disaster, but I’m not really excited to order again and will probably check other places next time

I ordered these lashes in the soft brown style, but they showed up looking a lot darker, and fuller, than they did in the pictures. The quality isn’t bad, they just weren’t really what I thought I was getting...

Every time I go in looking for something I actually need, it’s out of stock. Maybe it’s just bad timing, but it really feels like nobody’s keeping an eye on the stuff people buy most

The prices felt way too high for what I was getting, and it just didn’t feel fair. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to talk to about it. Everything felt automated, which made the whole experience even more annoying...

It’s frustrating when you’re counting on products for clients and they don’t arrive on time. The items were fine once they got here, but the shipping has just been too unreliable for my business...

Support kept getting back to me, but the issue never actually got solved. I don’t know, something about it just felt like they were brushing me off instead of really trying to help.

I was disappointed with these lashes because the glue just didn’t hold up at all. They started coming apart really fast, like after barely using them. The corners lifted, the band felt loose, and little sections started separating way sooner than I expected. I’ve had cheaper lashes, drugstore lashes, random beauty supply lashes, even last-minute ones from a convenience store hold together better than these. The glue quality just seems really bad.

I tried using the site on my phone, but it kept freezing up on me. Compared to other sites I use on mobile, this one felt really frustrating, and I ended up giving up quickly.

I really wanted to love these because they looked super nice at first, but they just didn’t last for me. I feel like they used to hold up better, because this time the lashes started falling out way sooner than I expected, even though I followed the care steps. Kind of disappointing.

I tried to check out and the payment screen froze on me twice. Maybe it was just my experience, but I was annoyed by the whole thing and wouldn’t want to deal with that again
